This case study for the Capi Design Challenge 2024 evaluates the UI/UX of the Amazon mobile app, identifying usability issues and proposing redesign solutions to enhance the user experience.

Users encounter difficulties with search and filtering, making it challenging to find the right products efficiently. Additionally, tracking product information is cumbersome due to cluttered layouts and lack of clear organization. Poor spacing and contrast further impact readability, leading to a frustrating user experience and reduced engagement.

Analyzing 400 Google Play reviews, a competitive audit (Etsy, eBay), and a heuristic evaluation revealed key UX issues in search, product tracking, and readability, highlighting areas for improvement.
