How do you handle communication and meetings across different time zones?
We work with clients globally and keep communication flexible across time zones. Most collaboration happens asynchronously through Slack, email, WhatsApp, and project management tools. For meetings, we schedule overlapping hours that work for both sides, and for ongoing projects, we provide regular updates and progress reports outside of meeting hours.

How do you estimate the budget and timeline for a project?
Our estimation starts with understanding the product scope, business goals, and technical requirements. We review available materials such as briefs, PRDs, existing designs, or technical documentation, then break the project into key phases and estimate the effort for each.For larger projects, we may suggest a discovery or audit phase before finalizing the full budget and timeline.

What is your typical payment structure?
We usually work with two engagement models, depending on the project scope and nature:
1. Milestone-based model
Best for clearly defined projects. Payments are divided into milestones such as kickoff, mid-progress, and final delivery.
2. Hourly model
Suitable for evolving scopes or ongoing development. Work is tracked transparently and billed based on actual hours spent.
Before each project starts, we align on the most suitable model to ensure clarity and transparency.

Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
Yes. We are happy to sign NDAs before discussing sensitive product or business information.
Protecting clients’ ideas, intellectual property, and confidential materials is an important part of how we work. If you already have an NDA prepared, we can review and sign it before moving forward.

How many design concepts/iterations are included?
The number of concepts and iterations depends on the scope and engagement model.
For most projects, we present 1–2 initial visual concepts for review and direction selection.
- Fixed-price projects usually include up to 3 revision rounds to refine the selected concept.
- Hourly-based projects allow more flexible iteration, based on the actual hours allocated.
This gives both structure and flexibility depending on project needs.

Do you offer support after the final handover?
Yes. After final handover, we can provide additional support based on the client’s needs, including:
