CGV App Redesign

This case study for the Capi Design Challenge 2024 evaluates the UI/UX of the CGV mobile app, identifying usability issues and proposing redesign solutions to enhance the user experience.

THE TASK

The problem

Users found it challenging to navigate through the app, leading to difficulties in discovering movies, checking showtimes, and booking tickets. Users feel uncertain without a visible countdown or "time left" feature when booking movie tickets in the current CGV Cinemas application. They worry about seat availability and missing out on their preferred showtimes.
