StayActiveMethod is a fitness app designed to provide a personalized workout experience guided by real mentors

THE TASK

The problem

Many fitness apps offer pre-set workout programs but lack personalization and real human guidance. Users often struggle to stay motivated or follow incorrect techniques, leading to ineffective results or potential injuries.

Project goal

StayActiveMethod aims to bridge the gap between digital fitness solutions and real human coaching. By integrating mentor-led guidance and progress tracking, the app ensures users receive customized workout plans, real-time feedback, and continuous motivation to achieve their fitness goals.
