THE PROJECT
Neurofrog is a 24/7 AI-powered parenting support app built on developmental neuroscience. It gives parents stage-matched, personalized guidance for their child's growth — meeting them in their own language and in real moments of need
PROBLEM
Unclear product direction: Neurofrog struggled with product direction and development flow, lacking a unified framework to guide how the experience should grow.
Cluttered key screens: Core screens overloaded with information, making it hard to know what to prioritize
Undefined core features: The subscription model and community features needed clearer definitions.
GOAL
The goal was to create a unified framework for a scalable child-development journey — simplifying the key screens to focus on key actions and enhancing guidance with AI-suggested milestones.
APPROACH
We began with research, plus an audit of the current Neurofrog app — to find where the experience broke down. From there we restructured the product into a clear sitemap and user flows, defined visual concepts and a design system, then moved into UI design and an interactive prototype. Finally, we validated the work through in-person interviews and online survey testing to ensure it truly served parents.
