Res Assitance is a roadside truck-assistance app that connects drivers to support when something goes wrong on the road.
PROBLEM
Slow, uncertain support: Drivers face delays and unclear status when reporting roadside issues.
Phone-dependent process: Heavy reliance on calls leaves little visibility into what's actually happening.
No ETA visibility: Drivers have no way to track arrival time or progress of the help they're waiting for.
GOAL
Create an intuitive mobile experience for fast issue reporting, real-time tracking, and seamless communication with support providers — reducing uncertainty and giving drivers more control during critical moments.
APPROACH
After brief onboarding and userflow mapping, we defined the visual direction and style guidelines before moving into UI design and animation, delivered via Figma. The final flow pairs clean, step-by-step issue reporting with a real-time dashboard showing status, provider, and ETA.
