Serva
Serva is a web-based platform that enables users to create and deploy custom AI chatbots for their own products. From setting up the chatbot to embedding it into external platforms, Serva streamlines the entire process into a guided experience. This project focuses on redesigning the onboarding flow to make chatbot creation more intuitive, reducing friction for new users while aligning with a clean, modern UI style.

New users face friction when creating and deploying AI chatbots due to unclear onboarding, complex setup steps, and lack of guidance. This leads to confusion, slower activation, and drop-offs before users experience the product’s core value.
