Wrong audience fit: The existing website wasn't built for the people who mattered most — enterprise partners and investors.
Dated interface: The UI felt outdated relative to the product's actual technical sophistication.
Unexplained capabilities: Complex strengths like 4K low-latency streaming and cost efficiency went technical and unexplained.
