Stay Active Method
THE PROJECT
StayActive is a new digital fitness and wellness platform that helps users choose their training path, track daily progress, and stay motivated through guided programs and coach support.
PROBLEM
Product identity from day one: StayActive needed a clear product direction established from a blank slate.
Lack of sync: The user mobile app and the trainer dashboard needed to work as one connected system.
A strong, yet approachable feel: The design had to communicate strength and focus while staying modern, minimal, and easy to trust.
GOAL
The goal was to build a holistic digital ecosystem for users, trainers, and gym operators — delivering a motivating, intuitive onboarding flow that feels personal from the start, a scalable design system ready for future expansion
APPROACH
We approached the project as both a product and a system-building challenge. Focus on defining personas and mapping the emotional checkpoints in the user journey — we shaped a structure that served users, trainers, and operators alike.
