For agencies, consultants, and tech partners, clients often ask for services outside your core expertise—specifically high-quality UI/UX design. Instead of turning that business away or taking on the overhead of hiring in-house, why not turn it into a revenue stream?

We are launching the Capi Affiliate Program to build a strategic ecosystem for our B2B partners.

This program offers a transparent, performance-based commission structure designed for growth.

1. Who is this for?

This program is built for businesses looking to expand their service capabilities:

  • Marketing & SEO Agencies
  • Software Development Companies
  • Business Consultants & Tech Vendors

Are you a past client or friend of Capi? If you are looking to earn project discounts and service credits for your own product upgrades, our Referral Program might be the perfect fit.

2. Reward Structure:

2.1. Partnership Models & Commission Structure

We offer two distinct engagement models depending on your level of involvement in the project.

Model 1: Partner Provides Leads Only (No Project Involvement)

Model 2: Partner Participates in the Project (SEO/Marketing/Development Agency)

Operational Guidelines:

Governance:

  • Affiliate codes are created for partners
  • Leads submit through the intake form with their referral code
  • For partners participating in the project, a shared communication group is created between Capi, You, and the Client.

Rules:

  • Leads must remain actively discussed for 7 consecutive days
  • Reward is paid after project completion

2.2. Performance Bonus:

Example:

If you refer 5 qualified leads in March, your commission for all eligible projects from that month will be calculated at your Standard Rate + the 1% Booster.

2.3. Affiliate Tier System

Tier effective timeline:

The Tier system is applied after the partner’s first evaluation cycle (1 cycle = 3 months) upon joining the program.

Tier C - increases automatically after 2 months of performance proof

2.4. Tier Maintenance, Downgrade and Upgrade Conditions

a. General Principles

Affiliates are ranked based on their actual lead-generation performance and realized revenue within a fixed evaluation cycle.

  • Evaluation cycle: Quarterly (every 3 months)
  • Tier levels are updated based on:
    • Number of successfully closed deals
    • Total revenue value
    • Lead consistency and stability

Effective timeline:

These conditions apply starting from the second evaluation cycle, counted from the partner’s

first participation in the program.

b. Tier Maintenance Conditions

Warning Period:

  • “Not meeting requirements” means the partner does not satisfy the Tier Maintenance Conditions during the evaluation cycle.
  • If a partner fails to maintain their tier for one evaluation cycle, they will enter a warning period in the next cycle (3 months).
  • If the partner continues to fail for two consecutive cycles, they will be downgraded to a lower tier.
  • If the partner meets maintenance conditions again during the warning period, they keep their current tier and their status resets to normal.
  • If the partner meets upgrade conditions during the warning period, they may be considered for an immediate tier upgrade within that cycle.

c. Tier Downgrade Conditions

d. Tier Upgrade / Reactivation Conditions

2.5. Exception Cases (Grace Period)

  • Validity: Once per year
  • Partner may notify in advance: “This month I will pause/reduce lead volume” → granted one grace cycle (no downgrade applied)
  • During the grace period:
  • Tier upgrades are not allowed
  • After the grace period ends, if conditions are still not met → immediate downgrade applies

3. Rules & Prohibited Behaviors for Partners

3.1. Applicable Parties

This policy applies to:

4. FAQ

4.1. What is the difference between the Referral Program and the Affiliate Program?

Referral Program is designed for:

  • Past clients
  • Friends or personal connections
  • Trusted personal networks

Rewards under the Referral Program are:

  • Project discounts
  • Service credits
  • Add-ons or non-cash benefits

Percentage-based cash commissions are not applied in this program.

Affiliate Program is designed for:

  • Individuals or organizations capable of generating leads consistently and systematically, such as freelancers, agencies, marketers, or industry KOLs

Rewards under the Affiliate Program are:

  • Commission-based (% of project value)
  • Subject to caps to ensure cost control and fairness

4.2. Can I join both the Referral and Affiliate programs at the same time?

Each partner may participate in only one program at a time.

  • If you refer leads occasionally or relationship-based → the Referral Program is recommended
  • If you can generate leads continuously and at scale → the Affiliate Program is recommended

Capi will review your profile and may suggest the most suitable program based on your activity and performance.

4.3. When will I receive my reward or commission?

All rewards and commissions are processed only after the referred project has been fully completed and accepted.

This policy is in place to:

  • Ensure the lead is genuine and qualified
  • Avoid cancellation or refund risks during project execution
  • Maintain fairness and transparency for all parties

Estimated payout timeline:
→ Within 14 working days after project completion and final acceptance.

4.4. What qualifies as a valid (qualified) lead?

A lead is considered qualified only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Real and reachable contact information is provided
  • The client confirms a genuine business need
  • Scope, timeline, and budget range are clearly defined
  • Minimum budget requirement is met ($500–$800)
  • A discovery call is booked or a clear, ongoing discussion is in progress
  • The lead is not duplicated in Capi’s existing pipeline
  • The client explicitly confirms the name of the referrer

Leads that fail to meet these criteria may be classified as invalid or non-qualified and will not be eligible for rewards or commissions.
