We are proud to introduce the Capi Referral Program—an exclusive initiative to say "Thank You" to our inner circle.

Whether you are looking to earn Service Credits for your next upgrade or simply want to help a connection find a reliable design partner, we have structured this program to bring value back to you.

1. Who is this for?

This program is designed for our trusted community—those who know our quality firsthand:

  • Past & Current Clients
  • Trusted Vendors & Freelancers
  • Friends & Personal Network

2. Reward Structure

We have tailored our rewards based on your current relationship status with Capi Product. Rewards are issued as Service Credits (usable for add-on services or future phases) or specific Rewards as defined below.

2.1. Group 1: Past Clients (Project completed > 1 month)

Definition: Your project has been completed for at least 1 month. You can receive up to 3 types of rewards.

Note: All rewards are processed after the referred project is successfully completed.

Case 1: Returning for a new project

Reward: Discount on your new project

Case 2: Introduced a lead and now having a new project

Definition:

  • You has previously referred a new lead to Capi
  • And now you return with a new project request

Policy:

a. Discount is calculated based on the your own new deal value, not the deal of the lead you referred

b. Collaboration with Businesses Sharing the Same Target Audience (HubSpot, Microsoft, etc.)

Example reward: Microsoft 365 Business subscription (6 months)

Rules:

  • Your referred lead must successfully complete their project
  • Capi will offer two reward options for you to choose from

c. Performance-Based Rewards 

Definition: Rewards for clients introducing multiple qualified leads. 

Credits can be exchanged for specific services or upgrades as listed below:

2.2. Group 2: Active Clients (Ongoing Projects)

Starting a new project

Discount applies the same as Case 1:

Referring a new client

Policy follows Case 2.

Rules:

Only applies while your project is still within the support phase or an active sprint.

2.3. Group 3: Newly Completed Projects (less than 1 Month)

Definition:

  • Development Projects: Within the post-launch support window (2 weeks – 1 month after launch).
  • Design-Only Projects: Within 2 weeks of final handover.

Reward Policy for Returning Requests

If you have new requests during this specific period, benefits are applied based on the frequency of your return:

Service Credits can only be used for add-on services, not for direct invoice reduction.

2.4. Key Things to Note

To ensure transparency and fairness for all partners, the following terms apply to the Referral Program:

1. Reward Activation

All rewards (Discounts, Credits, or Perks) are processed and applied only after the referred project has been successfully completed and fully paid.

2. Reward Format

Rewards are strictly issued as Project Discounts or Service Credits. We do not offer percentage-based cash commissions for this track.

3. Application Logic

For Active Clients: Rewards are prioritized as Service Add-ons (e.g., extra features or assets) to immediately enhance your current project.

For Returning Clients: Rewards are prioritized as Direct Discounts or Fixed Value Reductions on your new contract.

4. Value Caps & Scope

Discount Cap: To maintain service quality, percentage-based discounts are capped at a maximum of $200 per project, regardless of the total project value.

Fair Usage: Service Credits for support or revisions apply to standard scopes of work. Requests exceeding reasonable limits will be treated as separate billable tasks.

3. FAQ

3.1. What is the difference between the Referral Program and the Affiliate Program?

Referral Program is designed for:

  • Past clients
  • Friends or personal connections
  • Trusted personal networks

Rewards under the Referral Program are:

  • Project discounts
  • Service credits
  • Add-ons or non-cash benefits

Percentage-based cash commissions are not applied in this program.

Affiliate Program is designed for:

  • Individuals or organizations capable of generating leads consistently and systematically, such as freelancers, agencies, marketers, or industry KOLs

Rewards under the Affiliate Program are:

  • Commission-based (% of project value)
  • Subject to caps to ensure cost control and fairness

3.2. Can I join both the Referral and Affiliate programs at the same time?

Each partner may participate in only one program at a time.

  • If you refer leads occasionally or relationship-based → the Referral Program is recommended
  • If you can generate leads continuously and at scale → the Affiliate Program is recommended

Capi will review your profile and may suggest the most suitable program based on your activity and performance.

3.3. When will I receive my reward or commission?

All rewards and commissions are processed only after the referred project has been fully completed and accepted.

This policy is in place to:

  • Ensure the lead is genuine and qualified
  • Avoid cancellation or refund risks during project execution
  • Maintain fairness and transparency for all parties

Estimated payout timeline:
→ Within 14 working days after project completion and final acceptance.

3.4. What qualifies as a valid (qualified) lead?

A lead is considered qualified only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Real and reachable contact information is provided
  • The client confirms a genuine business need
  • Scope, timeline, and budget range are clearly defined
  • Minimum budget requirement is met ($500)
  • A discovery call is booked or a clear, ongoing discussion is in progress
  • The lead is not duplicated in Capi’s existing pipeline
  • The client explicitly confirms the name of the referrer

Leads that fail to meet these criteria may be classified as invalid or non-qualified and will not be eligible for rewards or commissions.
