3. When will I receive my reward or commission?
All rewards and commissions are processed only after the referred project has been fully completed and accepted.This policy is in place to:
- Ensure the lead is genuine and qualified
- Avoid cancellation or refund risks during project execution
- Maintain fairness and transparency for all parties
Estimated payout timeline: → Within 14 working days after project completion and final acceptance.

4. What qualifies as a valid (qualified) lead?
A lead is considered qualified only when all of the following conditions are met:
- Real and reachable contact information is provided
- The client confirms a genuine business need
- Scope, timeline, and budget range are clearly defined
- Minimum budget requirement is met ($500)
- A discovery call is booked or a clear, ongoing discussion is in progress
- The lead is not duplicated in Capi’s existing pipeline
- The client explicitly confirms the name of the referrer
Leads that fail to meet these criteria may be classified as invalid or non-qualified and will not be eligible for rewards or commissions.
